New things this week:

1. Added requirements for building: you won't be able to build something if you don't have the required resources.
   1. The required resources will be consumed once the building is finished.
2. Events!:
   1. Events will tell you a small story similar to a comic strip.
   2. Enter a map sector to see an early implementation of the events system.
   3. Once in a while you will need to make a decision by taking one of two actions.
      1. It wont be an easy decision because each action has good and bad consequences, you need to evaluate carefully which one is best.
      2. To calculate success or failure of the action, it will use one of the properties of your explorer, you'll see a range of possible values that your property needs to have in order to succeed.
